Hi Gorgeous People,
I hope everyone has been very merry & cheery this year end. Indulging & relaxing in holidays, good food & excellent company.
This year for Christmas Mr Blovet, little man and I flew straight into KL to enjoy a few days of retail therapy and I was actually very very apprehensive of lugging little grouch along. Hubby and little man aren't exactly shopping companion material and I was actually down with a bad nose so it was a weird combination of being sick, worrying and squabbling non stop with everyone at the start of the getaway.Thankfully we stayed at One World Hotel that was adjoined to the 1 Utama Mega Mall. It was like orchard road in one big shopping center with paradise falls in the center of it all. Seriously, they incorporated a mini rainforest in the shopping center, near to the carpark area. Amazing.
I think we've managed to convert this homebody to enjoy malls by bribing him with lots of food, indoor play areas and the hotel pool. Between all the sleepy tantrums and what not, little man had a blast and that made it very enjoyable for us.
We had the absolute best chocolate and coffee at Theobroma, window shopped at the curve & one utama ( still my favourite mall) and hung out at the pet store ( they sell tarantulas and gliders omG!)
Initially I wanted to do a "the best of 2012 beauty edition" but we still have time and anyways I thought a 2013 beauty resolution list would be more meaningful tonight:)
1) Regular DIY Skin Peels
I get my glycolic and fade peels from MakeupArtistChoice.
2) Gua Sha
Scrapping the face to promote tightening and lifting. Focusing at the jaw line for a smaller sharper pointy chin
3) Skin targeted supplements
I'm currently testing meiji's collagen amino supplement. Taste very fishy but hope it will help my skin quality when consumed on a daily basis
4) Intensive whitening serum
I'm trying to find a good spot whitening serum for my pigmentation spots. Also, I'm hoping to find a magical cream to prevent new spots formation.
5) Sleep less on my sides
To prevent wrinkle and line formation
6) Regular Face Mask
To pamper my skin
the one thing I didn't add in was to consume good amounts of fresh fruit and vegetables. Ever since August 2012, I've been eating more spinach, fruits and greens and I find that alot of friends have commented on my weight loss! It's pretty amazing considering I eat frequently and don't deprive myself of anything.
Here's to a great 2013 health wise, beauty wise, business wise, career wise and love wise. May a new year bring greater resolutions to aim and work towards. Thank U guys for supporting and reading my blog always- MUACKS!

As for my everyday makeup look in KL, I choose to go with sunblock, concealor, light application of light shimmery color around the inner tear ducts and winged out liquid liner. I'm always using either my dollywink liquid liner or the essence liquid liner. Both are excellent. Also, I've been loving the Korean ombre lip effect so I'd usually use a concealor base and dab a little lip tint to the center of my lips and then apply clear gloss over. Let me know if u would like a ombre lip tutorial k :)
Don't underestimate the power of retail therapy. It is truly rejuvenating. Hahaha. And the absolute best part was that I managed to find my must have Chai Latte Dolce Gusto. OMG, Singapore is not stocking this amazing flavour anymore and I was on the verge of never tasting it again. Thank God it was stocked in KL! Love love love.

OMG That hot chocolate looks DECADENT! I'm not sure if I'll do a 2013 Resolutions post, I don't really do resolutions but there are a few things I'd like to work on, such as eating more veggies, going vegan, etc...
All the drinks looks so yummy! :3
